Where do you deliver?
All over Austin and Central Texas, including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Bee Cave, and Dripping Springs. Not sure if we reach you? Pop your ZIP into the delivery box on the shop page and we will tell you right away.
When is the same-day cutoff?
Order by 2pm Central Time, Monday through Saturday, and we will deliver the same day. After 2pm we will bring it first thing the next delivery day. Sundays are delivery only, planned ahead.
How fresh are the flowers?
Very. Everything is hand-tied the morning it goes out, from stems that are in season. Our arrangements are built to look lovely for at least seven days. If yours fade early, see the last question below.
Can I pick exactly which flowers I get?
The bouquet you see is the style, palette, and feeling you will get. Because flowers are seasonal and a little unpredictable, on rare days we may swap a single stem for something just as beautiful in the same look. Have a must-have bloom? Note it at checkout and we will do our very best.
Do you offer flower subscriptions?
We do, and they are a joy. Choose weekly, every other week, or monthly, and we will bring a fresh florist's-choice arrangement to your door or desk. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. Browse the options on the shop page.
Do you do weddings and events?
Happily. Send us your date, venue, and the mood you are dreaming of, and we will put together a proposal. Use the form above or email the studio to start the conversation.
Can I add a gift message or a little extra?
Of course. Add a handwritten card message and small extras like a vase, chocolates, or a plush friend right on the product page before you add to cart. It all arrives together, wrapped and ready.
What is Agent Checkout?
Pecan & Petal is an agent-ready store. If you shop with an AI assistant that supports agent checkout, it can browse, build your cart, and check out for you securely over the Facet rail. Look for the Agent link in our header. Prefer to shop the usual way? Nothing changes: the normal cart and checkout work exactly as always.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will make it right, either a fresh replacement or a refund. Just reach the studio with your order number and a quick photo if you can. No fuss, ever.
